Our Israeli Designers

In recent years we have found Israeli designers grow in their popularity year by year. What is the reason for their sudden boom? Their immaculate attention to detail probably has something to do with it, along with the impeccable quality and the scrupulous measurements that are needed for each gown.

Mira Zwillinger, Galia Lahav and Lihi Hod are three of the biggest designers not just in the Israeli realm of bridal, but each of their names are now recognized on an international scale. Each one of their gowns is entirely made to measure and created with high quality  materials.

Despite all being based in the heart of Tel Aviv and each using refined techniques and skill to create stunning made-to-measure gowns, each of these designers have very different signature styles. Mira is famous for her whimsicality, Galia is renowned for her glamour and Lihi is illustrious for her romance.

Mira Zwillinger has been designing dresses and building her brand for over 25 years. Joined today by her daughter, Lihi, this mother and daughter design duo are now one of the leading wedding dress designers in the world.

Each made to measure gown from Mira Zwillinger is created by hand in their Tel Aviv studio. Every Mira Zwillinger gown tells its own fairy-tale story, made with intricate appliques and hand sewn
adornments. Their form fitting corsets sit upon soft, flowing tulle skirts, juxtaposing structure with whimsicality.

Galia Lahav for the Glamorous Bride

With over 30 years of experience, Galia Lahav are one of the worlds leading couture designers. Design duo, Galia Lahav and Sharon Sever work together to create the most awe-inspiring collections. Working with the finest illusion tulle to create those draw-dropping low backs, held up by intricate lace straps. Figure hugging silhouettes are wrapped in hand embroidered laces.

Lihi Hod for the Romantic Bride

Lihi Hod is our most recent Israeli designer to have joined our collection at Browns Bride. The epitome of romance intertwined with delicate detailing.

Inspired by Parisian haute couture, Lihi Hod ensures only to uses only the finest quality French materials. Solstiss, chantilly and soutage laces are used throughout the collection. The soft french laces combined with warm, marshmallow linings maintain a dreamy air of romance within the collection.

Beneath the embellished exterior, is a clever composition of innovative contouring. Lihi has developed a way of maintaining a flawless finish to each gown by incorporating feather light body suits into the dresses. This ingenious addition to the interior of the gowns works to create a comfortable fit and helps to maintain a flattering silhouette.
