Hertford House has to be one of London’s best kept secrets. Sitting pride of place on Manchester Square in the centre of Marylebone, is a 17th century gem boasting an eclectic history and hosting an impressive collection which spans centuries.

When the doors of Hertford House open, you are first greeted by the impressive Grand Staircase which sweeps through the centre of the front hall. After you ascend these stairs you will find yourself on the gilt adorned Landing; here you could have a musician of your choice set the mood for the wedding reception. From here you are led through to the Drawing Room Suite, a perfect setting for drinks and canapes to be served amongst the luxurious silk interiors.

We were so thrilled to have been able to shoot our new collection at the Wallace Collection. The Museum’s events team went above and beyond to help us with the shoot to ensure our dresses truly came to life. Each room provided the perfect backdrop to complement each unique gown.

Following your welcome drinks and canapes, the rest of the evening takes place in the Courtyard, the Hertford family’s former Sculpture Garden. With its glazed roof and marble floor it’s perfect for any season. You have the option to relive your wedding vows by hosting a symbolic blessing in the Great Gallery, a room that plays host to the most celebrated masterpieces in the Collection. The Wallace Collection is a wonderful setting for any couple wanting to host their a special evening in the heart of the city, as elegance can truly be found around every corner of this remarkable building.
